Eligibility
You are eligible to live with us if you are:
- Enrolled full or part-time as an ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ upper division (junior or higher) or graduate student.
- Please be aware that living in an ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ apartment does not satisfy ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ's residency requirement.
Contract Terms
All ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ apartments are year-long (12-month) contracts beginning July. Short-term contracts or subleasing are not permitted.

The ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Residence Life and Student Housing Apartments application for the 2025-2026 cycle is now available! Our apartments are only available to students that will be actively enrolled at ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ for the 2025-2026 academic year.
