• Provides appropriate spiritual care to the residents and their family members as well as to the employees of The Wesleyan. • Provides spiritual care and support to individuals of all faiths or no faith. • Regularly performs religious services, in an ecumenical spirit, at all community buildings and with individuals of all care levels. This will require an understanding of the various different communication levels related to Aging, Dementia and various theological frameworks. • Write and deliver sermons within a traditional liturgical format. • Administers the sacraments
