History

Recognizing the need for inclusive leadership, ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Cox launched the Latino Leadership Initiative (LLI) in 2013 to assist participating companies in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performance Latino executives who drive business growth and create a sustainable competitive advantage for their companies. The initiative grew out of research that showed a gap in Latino talent at the country’s executive leadership level. Together with its visionary partners, the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Cox LLI created a national center of excellence with unique potential to drive organizational success.

In 2025, the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Cox LLI identified a need to broaden the effort’s impact and better serve the executive development needs in today’s global business environment. The newly renamed ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Cox Leadership Lab was rebranded with support of past participants, corporate partners and ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Cox.
