Alight Solution Health Services

Alight Solution Health Services are available to faculty and staff enrolled in one of the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ medical plans.  The cost of Alight services is paid by ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ. Your health information will not be shared with BCBSTX, your doctor, or anyone else – without your personal consent. Your health information will never be shared with ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ.

Dedman ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ For Lifetime Sports

Dedman ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ for Lifetime Sports provides several free group exercise classes for faculty and staff. These classes are drop-in only classes and are typically offered at lunchtime and in the early evening. Participants will need a Dedman ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ membership to attend these classes. Membership for staff and faculty costs just $15 per month and you may apply for membership at the main desk of Dedman ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ. 

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to provide confidential counseling and referral services for all full-time and part-time benefit-eligible faculty/staff and their eligible dependents

Flu Shots and Information

ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ health officials urge students, faculty and staff to take preventive measures to protect their health against the flu. Because flu can spread by contact with people who are ill, ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ health officials recommend getting a flu shot when they become available in the fall.
