The renowned spiritual leader and Nobel laureate will participate in a moderated discussion at ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ’s Moody Coliseum.
The event, which is open to the public, is hosted by ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ and the George W. Bush Presidential ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ in conjunction with the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth.

His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, renowned spiritual leader of Tibet and Nobel laureate, will participate in a moderated discussion July 1 at ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ’s Moody Coliseum. The event, which is open to the public, is hosted by ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ and the George W. Bush Presidential ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ in conjunction with the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth. The Dalai Lama’s visit to Dallas will be just days before his 80th birthday on July 6 – a birthdate that he shares with former President George W. Bush. The Dalai Lama last visited the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ campus on May 9, 2011, speaking to more than 2,500 at McFarlin Auditorium during a special Hart Global Leaders lecture. He was awarded an honorary doctorate from ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ at that event. |
