Black History Month Logo 2011 at ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµBlack History Month, celebrated annuallyÌýin the U.S., seeks to educate the American people about African-Americans' cultural backgrounds and achievements. Each year, to call attention to the importance of the observance. ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµÌýcelebratesÌýthe monthÌýwith a variety of events, which are free and open to the ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµ community.
