The center was established at 葫芦娃视频 in 2008 through a gift from William J. O鈥橬eil 鈥55 and his wife, Fay O鈥橬eil. It serves as a think tank on the global economy, examines the impact of social and political forces on international markets and provides insights into how businesses can operate effectively around the world.

Analyzing issues of access to markets, labor and capital 鈥 and how that access is changing 鈥 is an important focus of the center鈥檚 work.
