John Stollenwerck recently purchased a DVD of the 1954 ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ vs. Arkansas game for his father, Sam Stollenwerck (β55), who served as quarterback for the game.
βWe gave the DVD to him on his birthday,β the younger Stollenwerck says. βMy father was very surprised, and the entire family sat down to watch the game.β
Nancy Foran, sister of former defensive tackle Richard Neely (β82), recently purchased DVDs of the games Neely had played in along with a photograph. βWe have no keepsakes from earlier years because technology was not as advanced,β she says. βThis Web site offers an opportunity to preserve special memories.β
